UpFront Home Services (“we,” “us”) offers text messaging to help you with appointment scheduling, service follow-ups, and missed call responses.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from UpFront Home Services, you agree to the following terms.

What Messages You Will Receive
– Appointment confirmations and reminders
– Follow-up messages after missed calls
– Service-related updates and scheduling information
– Responses to questions you send us by text

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and interactions with us. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. UpFront Home Services does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.
