That said I’m not a believer in Carpet Warranties. I do believe that they have their place in protecting consumers but in my opinion these are rarely honored and are tough to maintain. I’ve seen some circumstances where the Warranty company will require more than just a receipt but also what chemicals were used during the cleaning, what type and brand of Truck Mount was used, if the steam cleaner was certified, and the list goes on and on..
Bottomline: if you have any intention of keeping your carpet over the long term then you should clean regularly using Steam Cleaning.
